Nuförtiden genomförs det över behandlingar med donerade äggceller årligen i Finland men det finns behov av flera. Äggcellernas tillgänglighet begränsar antalet behandlingar. För det mesta görs behandlingar till finländska, nordiska eller europeiska par. Ibland hittar paret donator i sin egen omgivning men ofta används. Även kromosomtest samt infektionsvärden kontrolleras hos donatorerna. Vi fick snabbt tid för ett första besök hos er, och därefter fortskred allt ganska snabbt.
